Andy Flury is a serial Entrepreneur and Software Development Expert. He served as senior project manager and software architect at Siemens Switzerland AG. Amongst others, he led projects at the Swiss intelligence Agency and various major banks and insurance companies. After leaving Siemens Andy Flury became partner and Head of Algorithmic Trading at Linard Capital AG, a small swiss hedge fund, where he was responsible for the definition, implementation, operation and monitoring of quantitative trading strategies. Andy Flury holds a Masters in Industrial Management and Manufacturing Engineering from ETH Zurich and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.

Roger Altorfer is member of the Executive Committee of Microsoft Switzerland and is leading the Customer Success Organisation. He supports with his organisation large enterprise customers in Switzerland on their journey to the Cloud.
He joined Microsoft in October 2013 and has more than 20 years of working experience in various roles. Before joining Microsoft he was running the Financial Services business for a large Consulting and System Integrator in Switzerland & Austria and worked as a Consulting Partner for 10 years where he mainly was responsible for large business and IT transformation projects including significant outsourcing components across Europe.
He originally started his career within the Swiss Banking industry where he held various positions in Operations and Trading departments in the Swiss National Bank and in a Swiss Retail Bank. He regularly publishes articles about latest trends in the IT market and holds speeches on industry events.
Roger Altorfer has extensive experience leading and transforming large organizations. He established a large network within the Swiss marketplace and has a strong obsession for his customer’s success. Thanks to his experiences in large and complex transformational projects he became a trusted advisor for many customers and a thought leader within the Swiss marketplace.
Martin Trepp has extensive experience in an array of managerial activities. He supervised large-scale construction projects at Implenia. He also directed turnaround activities and held a number of managerial positions in Finance at Implenia. Following the successful merger with a leading construction firm, he coordinated post-merger activities and spent several years in senior leadership positions within Implenia. Crossing industry lines, Martin next became Chief Financial Officer at Hug Group, a market leading wholesale and retail firm. During this time, he also oversaw the acquisition and successful integration of a number of companies. Since 2010 he assists numerous national and international companies as consultant and interim manager in different roles such as CEO, COO and CFO. One of his last assignments was COO and CFO at the Silicon Valley Startup Balluun. Martin Trepp is Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences Bern.
Luzius Meisser runs Meisser Economics, doing research in computational finance, and currently pursues a PhD in that field. Luzius has been closely following Bitcoin since 2011 and co-founded Bitcoin Association Switzerland, where he is as board member. He also is a board member of Bitcoin Suisse AG and ServiceHunter AG. Previously, he co-founded the encrypted cloud storage service Wuala as CTO. He holds a master's degree in computer science from ETH, a master's in economics from University of Zurich, and is investor in various Swiss startups.
Theo Woik has been working as senior investment manager for FinLab AG since 2015. FinLab AG, a market listed VC from Frankfurt, is one of the first and largest investors focused on the Financial Services Technologies and Blockchain Technologies in Europe. Theo holds several board positions in various fintech and blockchain companies. Prior to joining FinLab he worked ten years for ViewPoint Capital Partners, a European growth capital fund with € 200 million AuM, focusing on European software and internet technology investments. Theo is a German citizen and received a dual degree in business administration and electrical engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and Linköping University, Sweden.
